Old School Studios will unfortunately cease operating from Saturday the 31st of May. We have tried to provide a service to up-and coming individuals and bands in the area, which is friendly, easily accessible and good-value. Unfortunately, the combination of rent rises (implemented and already planned for the future), business costs, and the restrictions upon what we can realistically charge have finally made the studio unviable. We have met many special people at the studio over the last 10 years, made friends

and seen musicians really progress …. I used to rehearse here in various bands many years ago and will always have a special place in my heart..

We have looked at many ways of trying to maintain this service to the musical

community, but none result in a workable solution.
